The Marriott Food Survey is located online for your convenience. When you first visit the survey home page, you will need to have your food receipt handy. Enter the six digit code found on your receipt to begin the survey.

This survey is hosted by Mindshare Technologies and the information is given to Marriott directly. The information is not sold to any third parties. The Marriott desires to know your thoughts and opinions regarding your latest visit to their dining locations.

Marriott Survey Rewards

After completion of the survey, the Marriott will reward you with 250 rewards points through the Marriott Rewards Program. If you are a member of the rewards program, you will be prompted to click yes at the end of the survey. The points will appear on your Marriott Rewards within six weeks once processed.

Providing honest feedback will also provide you with peace in knowing you have voiced your opinion. The only way the company knows if there are consistent issues is through survey completions from users like you.
