The survey is hosted by Foresee Research Company and visitors will need their latest shopping receipt handy to begin the survey process. When you visit the site, you will need to enter in the date of purchase, receipt ID number, age, and a set of computer generated characters as seen in the online box. The characters allows the system to make sure you are truly an individual providing you with your own unique set of characters to enter online.

For those interested, there are links at the bottom of the survey page to view the store’s privacy policy, Foresee’s privacy policy, support questions, and sweepstakes rules. Visitors are encouraged to review these policies while visiting the online survey site.

If you desire to enter without making a purchase, please take a moment to look at the sweepstakes link at the bottom of the survey page. A new window will pop open on your computer providing you with the information you need to enter without making a purchase. Follow the directions to ensure your entry into the contest.

Ten winners will gain a $100 Gift Card for Fred’s Super Dollar Store. Each card will be redeemable for merchandise and should be used soon after receiving the prize.
