Enter your personal code and then hit “Begin Survey.” This will take you into the survey itself allowing you to grade the restaurant on your personal experience. You can be fully honest with them and let them know how they did.

I was part of a party of 7 on Tuesday the 19 of January at the Kenwood Towne Center in Kenwood,Oh. Our server’s name was Ken. On my receipt was a sticker indicating a survey to be taken. I tried to go to the survey but was unsuccessful. I wanted you to know however that Ken was a very good,patient, and pleasant waiter. No matter what the questions or requests were he graciously took care of us. Kudos to Ken.
