Airport Survey – $500

Canmark Research Center is offering a travel survey for those interested in participating. When you first visit the site, you will need to choose your language:

• English
• Spanish
• Italian
• French
• German
• Japanese
• Simplified Chinese
• Portuguese
• Korean
• Traditional Chinese

Once you choose the language of choice, you will see two links to choose from to start the survey process. The first link will be used if you have received an invitation card in the mail to take the survey. The second one is available for those who do not have an invitation card.

Traveling individuals and family members are encouraged to take the survey. The travel company is interested in learning more information for research purposes.  The nice thing is you will have a chance to win a reward for completing the survey.

Invitation Card Participants

If you have received an invitation card, you will need to begin the survey process by choosing your preferred language, and click the link for having an invitation card. When you enter the survey, you will need to provide the following pieces of information located on your card:

• Serial number
• Type of flight
• Date of flight

Taking the Survey without an Invitation Card

If you have not received an invitation card and would like to participate, visit the feedback site and choose the language of choice followed by clicking the link which is for individuals who have not received an invitation card.

Then, you will need to enter the following information on site during the survey process:

• Code for airline
• Name
• Number of flight
• Date of flight
• Country of departure
• Country of destination
• Airport of destination

When you complete the survey online, you will also be entered into the sweepstakes.
