To begin the survey option, you will need to visit the survey link provided and then you will enter the survey code which is located on your most recent receipt or survey invitation card. You must have a code to be able to participate.

Once you enter the survey code online, you will be on your way and done in very little time. The survey site is powered by Service Management Group. The information gathered will be sent over the main corporate headquarters.

The first Papa Gino’s opened in 1961 in Boston. Michael Valerio developed the recipes along with his wife. The recipes have been passed from one generation to another in the family. The restaurant soon became very popular and everyone in Boston was talking about the flavor and quality. Today, there are more than 165 stores which offer services to the communities. The menu includes pizza, salads, subs and more.

D’Angelo is related to Papa Gino’s and they offer great sandwiches along with salads to the community. This company also offers catering services for business meetings, parties, and any get together. By visiting a nearby location, you can even eat a freshly made wrap, and a cup of hearty soup. Kids meals are also available at your nearby location.

Register for Rewards

If you love to gain rewards, then you can register for the Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo Rewards program.  The site for D’Angelo is being revamped at the time of this writing.

The basis of the program is that the individual will earn points for every dollar they spend on food items at either restaurant location. When you earn 50 points, you will earn a certificate for $5 off. This amount will be automatically placed on your rewards card to use on a future visit. Keep your account active my making a purchase at least once each year, or your card will lose its points. The individual must be at least 13 years old to participate.
