Hornbacher’s Survey Option – $100

The Survey Site
The survey site is for you to use and voice your opinion online. The site is available and upon completion of the survey, you will be entered into a weekly drawing for $100.
To get started, click the green “Begin Survey” button. If you desire to take the survey in Spanish, you will need to choose this language choice before clicking the green button. In the upper right hand corner, you will see a drop down option to make your preference.
After clicking the green button, you will be taken to the next page. On this page, you will need to enter some characters online to ensure that you are a real person taking the survey option. Type in the two words given, and then click the green “Next” button. Audio options are available if needed for this step in the survey process.
From here, you will need to enter a code which is located on your most recent store receipt. A link is provided if you need help locating this information. Then, when you are ready click the green “Next” button on the web page. You will continue through a series of questions and upon completion of the survey option you will be entered into the sweepstakes drawing.

Your info given is protected and kept confidential. You can provide honest feedback without any worries whatsoever. By giving the store this type of feedback, you can make a difference. The information will be forwarded to Hornbacher’s corporate office and used to make positive changes.
