Providing Honest Info
By answering the questions honestly and to the best of your ability, you will be providing info to help make future products and services better. Oftentimes, the info used within the survey process is used to evaluate how the customers feel about a company, their products, as well as whether they will tell others about them. Provide as much info as the system will allow to give them the best info possible.
If you have further concerns that are not addressed within the survey at www.storeopinion.com, please contact the store manager, or district manager of the specific company you are concerned about. Many times, you will also be able to find address and contact info online for the companies desired.

I was in the No Frills store at the South Hill plaza in Richmond Hill today. The cashier, a young man, while no being rude, was outright unfriendly–no hello, no “do you need a bag,” or “do you have a PC points card?” He said absolutely nothing, not even the total or a thank you. The best I got was an unintelligible grunt when I said “thank you.” I was not insulted by this kind of treatment.
Went to No Frills today to buy essentials. There was no problem going in but what a long line up at the cashier when it is time to check out. It does not make sense to me at all why there is a reduce number of staff in the cash register when people need to social distance. Putting more people in the cash register will make people get out fast when done with what they need to get as opposed to people standing in line for about 10 to 15 minutes or more. All your staff should wear protective gear because they are dealing with so many customers. Otherwise, I got what I needed, no shortage of any supplies at No Frills because things have limit per customer! Bravo
