Taking the Survey
The Red Lobster survey is a great way to let the company know how strong their customer service skills are. You can also let them know ways to improve their service in the future. The survey will only take about 10 minutes of your time to complete.
To get started, you will need to have your receipt handy. On the receipt, you will find an ID number which is to begin the survey process. It is normally located in middle of your paper receipt. Enter this number online and then click the start button.
If you prefer to take the survey in Spanish, you will also see a link to click on below the start button. Also, on the main page you will be able to review the sweepstakes rules as well as view past winners.
Providing info during the survey is a great way to let Red Lobster understands how they are doing as well as ease your mind. If you had bad service, do not hesitate to let them know. If you had great service, please do the same.

Joining the Club
