I recently shopped in your store which was a very pleasant experience. The staff I met were most pleasant helpful and made me feel a valued customer. Jean I met at the fitting rooms very professional and friendly and helped me with the sizes as am overweight and advised me on what looked best on me , my purchases made me look slimmer and very comfortable. I also met Olivia at the checkout very pleasant and friendly also . I recently completed a course on customer service so notice when staff are pleasant or not , which is not as good
