  2. We were impressed with this store. Great prices and an abundance of choices. Great seafood and meats. We bought giant scallops and a prime rib for the holidays. Delish! Also, quality CBD oil at a great price. You are not close to our home, but we will make the trip.

  3. I was very please to receive a great smile and service at the cashier place. I came today to the store to buy avocados that was on sale 3/$1 but I was not able to see the date expired yesterday 04/09/19 ( I do not have a close store on my neighborhood-Sunrise, Fl 33322 an over 55 community) I was uncomfortable but Kayla (#4599//13:58:17// 9 Apt 2019

  4. On my receipt was your web address and the chance to win a $250 gift card, but I see no place to do so. Why offer the opportunity if you can’t do the survey? There’s no chance to win anything, so that’s misleading. So I will leave my comments here. I shop at Lucky’s quite often, though Sprouts is my store of choice. Lucky’s has a good meat department and your staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Store is clean but the ladies room is prison gray and looks horrible. I used to work for a major retail chain and my job was doing the price tags. I was quite shocked to see at your store today (Sarasota, FL) that there were so many tags missing, many sale price tags also missing. This is partially regulated by the state, you have to have proper shelf tags. Not only that, it is very inconvenient for the customer. A couple items I just passed up because I am not going to go track down an employee for a price check each time!

  5. I was happy when our local Lucky’s in Cleveland OH was taken over by one of your local markets whose management decided to preserve Lucky’s most of Lucky’s offerings. You store is valuable as it has many healthy choices other stores do not carry. and your deli offerings are always good a, healthy and flavorful. However, there are two areas which need a significant amount of improvement at this particular location. First of all, the main meat and deli counter is either short-staffed or nor staffed at all. Just yesterday I waited for 15 minutes and no one came to assist me. There were four employee at the grab and go sandwich counter at the far end of the area who were at the time I was shopping were not at all busy, When I asked if one of them could assist me at the deli counter, I was informed that “oh, that’s not our assigned area” and they resumed talking and joking amongst themselves. And finally, the most annoying about shopping at Lucky’s bar none – and this has bee the case every since you first opened here – upon entering your are assaulted by grotesque percussive and screaming music loudly broadcast over your speaker system. This does nothing but cause your customers want to get out of there as quickly as possible. I do not know what kind of demographic you are trying to cater to, but I assure you, you are losing a significant amount of customers who find this assaultive atmosphere more than annoying. I have cut down my Lucky’s shopping from once a week to once a month for that reason alone. Its a shame since Lucky’s has many fine things to offer, but they are being undermined by a thoroughly unpleasant atmosphere and less than helpful staff members.
