GFS Survey

Official sweepstakes rules are available for review on the home page. The company asks that surveys be taken with three days of your most recent visit. Those who participate in the survey option will be entered to win a $500 gift card.

To begin the survey, you will need your recent receipt from GFS Marketplace. Online you will need to enter several items from your receipt including the transaction number, operator number, the number of items purchased, amount spent and an account number listed on your paper receipt. No worries, as there is a sample receipt provided on the survey site to help you find the info you need to enter online.

If at any time you need help with the survey, there is a link toward the bottom of the survey pages which says “Help with this survey.” Click this at any time if additional help is needed.

The GFS Marketplace survey will only take about five minutes of your time to complete. The company desires to know how they are doing in providing service to the community. The survey is located on the main company site.
