Smart & Final Warehouse Survey
Do you like to shop Smart & Final Warehouse? Did you know the company offers a survey option online? The feedback site can be found at the survey link provided below.
Taking the Survey
When you last visited Smart & Final, your warehouse receipt should list a numerical code on it for the purpose of this survey. When you visit the survey site, you will need to enter this code and click Load Survey.
The survey will take about five minutes to complete online. Questions will cover categories to rate including price offerings, ease of access to the stores, and quality of service/products received.
The survey information you provide online will be used to better future services to the public. If you have further concerns, you can also contact the local management at the store of interest.
Shopping Online
Smart & Final offers a variety of customer services online. Some of the following can be located on site including: coupon policies, employment opportunities, mission statements, company values, privacy policies, product specials as well as a host of other consumer benefits.
A variety of online recipes are also available to help you to plan menus and create wonderful menu options. Recipes include ideas for desserts, snacks, breads, ethnic dishes, meat dishes, salads, veggies, condiments, and tail gating ideas.
4Business Options
The Smart & Final locations also offer 4Business options to those with food service businesses. Products are available including straws, napkins, plates, to go containers, commercial cleaning supplies, and catering supplies.
Businesses can also access the BusinessAdvantage Magazine which presents fresh ideas in food service and helpful community information. A monthly newsletter, Operator’s Edge, also provides up to date news for food service workers. Menu Management and Sandwich Pro are also helpful within the industry providing value and ease of service.
Offering Your Feedback

I TRIED taking the survey but when it came to typing in the characters in the box…..they were so blurry and small, I couldn’t make them out so I was unable to take this survey!
I like to know more about ssmart and final promotions and sales
I can not do survey and sends me to another site. never win as many times as I shop and Smart & Final.
Far too many questions. You should be able to just enter the code without going through a 5 minute questionnaire. Not worth it.
