  1. I am trying to connect the pcplus #166237486 2627 to the optium card 13537 7220 8074 and the store could not connect the cards because they wrote on the receipt that not earned points, I had the pc plus for over a year and I have never been able to collect points for groceries. thank you

  2. Everybody I talked to said they were unable to achieve the “link” you talk about. That includes me. Probably, you just want to rile your clients. You’re are doing a great job on that score. You just couldn’t leave the old card alone. You had to accommodate this great need to complicate things.

    • It seems that the prices are jacked up every month after the last wednrsday of the month then slowly go back down. Of that is the case, bad form no frills. Taking advantage of single parents and the like.

    • I went to loblaws at south keys in ottawa today at approximately 245pm today.

While serving the customer before me then me, the cashier was joking around with one of his friends. Then he joked about my purchase which I found to be rude.
Plus he automatically assumed I wanted bags (I didnt), then when I told him maybe he should have asked first, he responded that they were free, then I looked at my receipt and he had charged me. He is not concentrating on his work.

This young man should be in the stock room loading shelves or he should be better trained in customer service …

  6. I was in Fisher’s Independent this afternoon, purchased a HMR product. service is always excellent in that department. I then went to the courtesy desk, where I proceeded to purchase 2 lottery tickets. I noticed the lady behind the counter was chewing gum, but what disturbed me the most, was the flavour!!! I am acutely allergic to certain scents, one being strawberries. It will KILL me.

When I brought it to her attention, she said it was watermelon, but I DO notice the difference in scents.

The date of this is July 11, 2018, at approximately 14:40. I am unable to locate my receipt from the customer service department.

  10. I do my groceries without fail every Friday or sometimes Saturdays if I’m working the afternoon shift at the Canadian SuperStore on Highway 10 & Steeles(Store 02801). i have been doing that for over a decade. Last Friday, ie. 6th April, at 20:48 the customer ahead of me at the cashier was offered 12500 PC points for a sale of $125 before tax but I purchased $194.99 goods (after tax) I noticed upon return that I did not get the 12500 points. Can you please explain and add the points?

  13. I shopped at NoFrills Fort Erie today, first time.
Left not happy, first I did not have a dollar for the cart, went to teller to ask for change ,was told abruptly to wait in line.
Sorry we do not take Visa , did not have enough cash or debit , so I came away with what I could carry and pay for.
Don’t think I will go back

  14. Be aware the survey times out, and you will be cheated out of entering the contest. Store opinion.ca– avoid irritating and frustrating customers: either post at beginning how long before survey times out, or post a warning a minute or two before it does; preferably both.

I mind more my comment may not have made it: that the hot and sour soup I bought tasted as though standards in the kitchen were either poor, or not monitored enough.

  15. I shop weekly at the Independent Grocery Store in Hanover Ontario Canada. Almost every week they are out of stock on something. The standard answer from the employee on the floor (when you can find one) is the truck is coming in later today and it should be on the truck. When you go back the next day it is still not there. At the check out, the employee always asks “Did you find everything you were looking for?” When you indicate that you couldn’t find particular items, they offer no assistance or explanation whatsoever. What is the point of asking if I found everything if you are not prepared to do anything about it? Stop asking or have a procedure in place to provide assistance. Perhaps someone could check stock? Rain check for a sale item? This is not customer service.

  21. Presidents Choice Ultra Shakes are all of a sudden no longer available. They are the reason I shop at Independent. Not only were they replaced with an inferior product – Ensure with 2% less protein – you now also raised the price from $8.99 to $10.99. I really would like to know the reason for this which I believe is simply money grabbing. Independent just lost a customer. Looking forward to your reply.

  22. I like to shop at Zehra and loblaws in Barrie Ontario. Too many “multiples”. Every time I want to buy something you have to buy 2 or 3 and I only want one. Very annoying I have to go elsewhere to shop. That only benefits the store not the customer.

  24. They changed the Regina north superstore and it’s a nightmare. Signage is awful and the gap between the shelves has been taken out so the aisles are too long. Yesterday we wanted Baked Beans. Looked in the bean aisle – nope, went to canned vegetable – nope. Eventually found them in an aisle with no clue as to their presence on the signage. You literally have to search for nearly everything. A terrible experience.

  27. I find it very anoying that you want people to buy in two’s three’s. or four’s to save money, ,being a senior I don’t need all that food so I have to pay more, basically you are discriminating against seniors and single people. I’m sure I am not the only person who is mad about this way of shopping, expecially when on a limited income.. I would like an answer to my email.

  28. I shopped this week end at Ted’s NO Frills, 1500 Plessis Rd. Winnipeg, Manitoba and it was disappointing that most of the specials I intended to purchase were not in stock.
The store was very clean and the service was excellent.

I did not ask the checker for rain checks as the store was very busy and I did not want to inconvenience the customers in line behind me.

$7.98 and it rang up at $11.98. At the customer service counter I requested a refund and told the girl why. She did not even offer to check the price on the shelif. I went elsewhere and bought it at $7.98

  30. I shop quite regularly at the Scarborough superstore at Scarborough town center. Susan and Joanne at the front end or a pleasure to deal with. They are always personable, friendly, outgoing, and helpful. I am so fortunate that I can run into them when I do.

I’ve noticed in the last couple of years the produce section is not as good as it has been. Some of the fruits and vegetables are not up to standard and the no-frills has better quality many times.

  32. Not happy with the point system at Justin’s No Frills on St Annes Wpg. Went through the self checkout and swiped the PC points card, the register dinged but when the transaction was complete it said that the points did not go through and we would have gotten 540. Right away we told the clerk that was standing there and she said she could not do anything and we would have to do it online. Well I logged in online and apparently I cannot do it there either???? Also, it says online had we given the clerk our phone number she could have looked it up and put the points through BUT SHE DID NOT ASK OR OFFER?????? What a bunch of BS!!!

  33. I want a list of the Canadian prize winners in the PC Optimum 1,000,000 points contest. The contest ended in July, 2020 and the winners drawn for in August, 2020.
This contest required shoppers at Loblaws and affiliated stores in Canada to visit the website storeopinion.ca and enter the information from their sales receipts.
A contest must publicize the winners to be legitimate. I am having a very difficult time finding out who won any of the PC Optimum storeopinion.ca contests. I have a Case Number of: 09482048 from PC Optimum on February 2, 2021 but there has been no follow-up. I tried again today (February 26, 2021) by calling PC Optimum and the ambassador said to go to superstore.ca/contest. That is a dead end only showing the contest rules.
I now doubt if this contest is legitimate and the surveys trusting customers complete are used only for marketing and data harvesting.
