We are pleased with our new 2015 Rav 4
It was great dealing with Toyota. I luv my car got it from u. Great service??
I purchased my Rav 4 with cash and now I get poor customer service. I tried calling Country Hills Toyota but Jake blew me off and said he was too busy to talk to me but when I was purchasing my vehicle for cash he was not busy then.
Mayfield Toyota in Edmonton said my vehicle was damaged when I took it in for service however during the walk around the scratches were not brought to my attention. Mayfield service manager showed me on camera the scratches however the pictures were not visible and appears to be reflection however this service manager tried to convince me to see the scratches on camera. It was a very negative experience furthermore the service staff said if they park my vehicle in their lot after servicing my vehicle and it got damaged it would not be their fault and damage would be at my cost. More than the scratches I found that negligence appalling.
