Toys R Us is interested in knowing your opinion. They are offering a survey option online. The survey is available in English as well as Spanish. When you first visit the site, choosing the language is the first thing you will do.

Next, you will be shown a sample receipt to enter information online that is needed to start the survey process. You will need to enter the four digit store code, an access code, the cashier number, your age, and enter the characters seen in the box online.

If you need assistance while on site, you will see a link at the bottom of the page which says “Support.” On the same page, you will also see the official rules of the survey. Information can change occasionally so it is a good idea to check it when entering the contest.

Those who enter the survey need to be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. This survey is also available to Babies R Us customers as well. These customers will use the same site. Five participants each month will be chosen to win a $500 prize.

Free Shipping Offer

Currently, Toys R Us is offering free shipping online on orders of $49 or more. Those who order also have the option to order items and have them shipped to the closest Toys R Us store. No Layaway Fees

Most locations, if not all, are offering layaway without any fees to open. All toys in the store are eligible for layaway including large toys. Electronics can also be placed in layaway as well as baby gear and furniture. Small payments can be made on your items over an extended period of time.
