We were very disappointed, 6 seated,3 got burnt starters while other 3 waited extra 10mins for theirs to come not cooked properly,think they’d been forgotten about. Then waited 45mins for mains which were very tasty and well presented however the table next to us whom arrived after us had their main courses before us, we were told pasta quicker than pizza!!!! An apology would’ve been better,yes it was a busy Saturday night but surely you would be prepared with staff knowing this!!! Also a glass was dropped by staff near to where we sat but was just left there for about 20mins!! The only saving grace food was delicious!! Xxx
We recently had a meal at Zizzi Solihull. The food was excellent as was the service by Zac, Helena and Kitty. The food was cooked by Simon and Vytautas and was superb. Well done !
