Jamba Juice Survey Option

Jamba Juice has been in business long enough to open over 700 locations. They love to bring you delicious drinks using a unique blend of fruits. Over the years, Jamba Juice menus have blossomed and include teas, oatmeal, wraps, and even sandwiches.  All Jamba products do not contain any preservatives, fructose corn syrups, or trans fats.

Jamba Juice loves to be involved in the community. They help youth groups and organizations with fundraisers and also offer volunteer opportunities. The company works to donate products for healthy as well as active youth.

Taking the Survey

To take the survey option for Jamba Juice, you will need to visit online at the link provided. The survey site is powered by Service Management Group and should only take you approximately 10 minutes to complete.

To begin the survey process, you will need to enter a 15 digit survey code which can be found on your most recent Jamba receipt. You should be able to locate this on the bottom of your receipt. Then, enter the code to begin.

If you speak Spanish, you will see a link on the home page of the survey site where you can choose this option. The survey will be the same, just in your language of preference (English or Spanish).

Interested in Nutritional Facts?

Jamba Juice has nothing to hide when it comes to providing nutritional information. At the top of the page, you will see filters which will narrow your results by category, flavor, or diet preference. This will help you to gain search results more easily.

Finding a Store near You

If you would like to find a store near you, Jama Juice provides an online store locator. Simply put in your zip code and search. Or, you can enter street, city, state, as well as mile radius preference. You will also see a map on the right hand side of the locator tool. For international locations click on the link in the lower left corner of the tool box.

Swipe and Sip

Jambacards are a great way to slip into Jamba, get your drink, and go. Cards are available from $5 up to $500. The card is refillable and can be used for any Jamba Juice products.

Get your card by ordering online, or going to a participating location. You can also call 866-4R-FRUIT. If you desire to use one yourself or to give as a gift – using them to drink and eat healthy is a wonderful treat!
