One, if you have a receipt, you will be asked more specific questions for the online survey. Two, if you simply desire to leave comments, or even a question then there is a second radio button to click on.

Providing information on either situation is a great way to leave honest feedback for the company. The second method is much quicker while the first is equally important. So, if you have a receipt and have a few minutes considering taking the first option.

One of Wendy’s latest food items is the Gouda Bacon Cheeseburger. If you have given it a try, be sure to let the company know how well they are doing.
