Sweetbay Customer Survey – $2,000

Sweetbay Supermarket is named after the Sweetbay Magnolia. They opened their first location in Florida in 2004. Currently, there are 106 stores which offer services to the community.

Sweetbay offers a shopping experience which is one of a kind. Customers look forward to shopping their locations. When visiting one of their stores, you will experience the smell of aromas, see sights of beauty, and actually see texture within the building. The company offers fresh baked goods, high quality meats, and nice fruits/veggies. They also provide a wide range of deli selections.

If you have visited one of their locations, you can enter to win at. The survey site is hosted by Questar and will only take a small amount of your time to enter.

To enter, you will need to enter a 16 digit number which is located on your shopping receipt. This will be located in the middle of your receipt and marked PIN.

To review the survey company’s privacy policy, please review the link provided on the survey site. Sweepstakes rules are also available for your review. Those who enter must be at least 21 years of age and complete the survey option.

You can enter online, or you can also call the phone number listed on your receipt. Those interested in mailing their entry can do so by including the following in your envelope:

• Hand print information
• Mail to survey address
