Stage Feedback Survey

The Stage feedback survey is offered online around the clock and it is provided by Forsee Surveys. Currently, the online survey is offered in English or Spanish. No purchase is needed to enter the sweepstakes. Individuals who take the survey need to be at least 18 years of age and live in the United States.

There are two options of entry for the Stage sweepstakes:

  • Use the online survey site provided on your most recent purchase receipt.
  • Simply visit the online survey site listed below to join.
  • Visit the Stage online website, and you will also be prompted to participate in the survey.

Individuals who enter will be added to a pool of participants. The company will randomly draw names for monthly prizes. Currently, the prize is a $300 gift card. At this time, there is a limit of one entry per month per person. The gift card prize is a great way to start your holiday shopping!

Be visiting the online website for Stage, you can make a purchase and receive an extra 25% off with purchases made on your store card. Simply enter the code CHARGE25 to apply the coupon. Some exclusions may apply, so be sure to read the terms and conditions beforehand.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

For this holiday season, Stage is offering customers the option to donate to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Donations can be made online or in store through the last day of 2017. Stage has raised close to $4 million dollars since 2014 for the hospital through partnerships.

  1. It is a bit crowed. Somewhat confusing. If you have a sign on a rack that claims 50 %off , that is what it should be. A customer should not have to read the fine print on the sign. It would be nice to have small shopping carts. However, there would need to be enough clearance space to shop freely. Overall, not satisfied with my recent visit. I truly look forward to some positive changes in the future..
