Here is your opportunity to personally rate the services you received from Sears in their Auto Department. Simply take a few minutes to visit the survey site to take a quick questionnaire.

The online survey is hosted by Qualtrics which collects information for Sears, as well as other companies. They keep your information private and only share the data collected online with Sears.

The average time it will take to complete this online feedback option is only a few minutes. To begin the process, you will need your most recent paper receipt to enter your twelve digit survey code.

The site is very user friendly and is written in simple wording. Individuals will have the ability to rate different questions as very poor, poor, average, above average, and outstanding.

Sears Auto is interested in every facet of your experience. This includes how you rate their check out services, the personnel, the products, and more. Options are also provided to add personal comments regarding your experience. This is when you can add more detailed comments about your experience.

  1. Recently my wife’s car required a jump start. I instructed her to take the car to Sears. On 11/16/15 at 1.06 pm a batery health was done which passed with a voltage 0f 12.40V, yet a new battery was installed. Also noted was a low coolant level. 9.1 qts of cooland was added (this is the total capcity) and a coolant service was also charged. An alighnment service was also charged.
    I do not understand why a battery was installed if it passed. Also if the coolant level was completly empty the vehicle should have been overheating or visale signs of a coolant leak should have been visable.
    The vehicle had and oild change on 10/28/15 and all fluid levels and a tire inspection to include tire inflation was compleded. No evidence of abnormal tire wear was noted. We went to New York for the Marathon after the oil change and drove the vehicle. No untoward handling was noted.
    I discussed my concerns with the assistant manager in the automotive dept at Sears in Fayetteville and received no satifactory answers to my concerns

    recently at the sears auto service dept at the Joliet Illinois store- 2 gentlemen in particular – Rick and Jose treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and professionalism. they showed that they truly wanted our business – – in the future – we will take our auto service to the sears Joliet store – and to this store only –
    believe me when I say – if they were working for me – they would get a substantial raise – yours truly – Daniel Gower
