Rexall pharmacies have been in business along time, I remember Rexall drug stores when I was a kid (40-45 yrs ago) I used to shop at the Rexall drug store in Drumheller and in Stettler. The Rexall Drug Store has been in Sylvan Lake as long as I can remember, it was called the “Ritz Pharmacy” and alot of the seniors in Sylvan still do.
So before Shoppers, before London Drugs, before Value Drug Mart, there was REXALL Pharmacy, and I would be willing to bet it will be here for years to come. People like to be treated as a person, not a number, or prescription, as a person going to a trusted friend and advisor. Someone who asks how you are when you walk into the store and the pharmacist not only remembers your name but also asks about your spouse, children and pets.
Rexall is also shown in alot of the Norman Rockwell paintings and pictures.
In a world of fast service, and anonymity, Rexall pharmacy has managed to retain their little town charm and makes you feel at home.
rexall has always been no 1 in our family
This past Saturday July 4 I was in my local Rexall in Woodstock Ontario to pick up an item I had asked the Manager to order for me two days prior. She went to check the stockroom and it had not come in. She seemed annoyed that I was even asking. This has happened more than once with this particular manager Jennifer, frankly she needs to work on her people and organizing skills. The Cosmetics Manager is lovely as well as the Assistant to the manager, always treat me well and have my orders in by the next day.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank those Rexall Employees who are working out of the Yonge and Sheppard location based in Toronto. There CSER is the best and were very helpful in regards to the suitability of products in this location.
I have been there several times and I have no hesitation whatsoever going back again.
