McDonald’s New Satisfaction Survey
McDonald’s is offering a new satisfaction survey to some of their customers. If you visited a McDonald’s location recently, there may have been an invite on your receipt to participate. Those who take the survey will receive a validation code for a Buy One Get One offer on Quarter Pounder with Cheese, or Egg McMuffin.
McDonald’s Survey
Individuals will need to have their receipt handy to enter some information on site to access the questions. The main page will request the store number, KS number, date of visit, time of visit, order number, and the amount of purchase.
A sample receipt is provided showing where each item is located on the receipt. Most survey takers will use the English version of the survey. For the Spanish version, there is a link provided toward the bottom of the survey page.
This survey option is hosted by Service Management Group. A privacy policy is also located on site and it is always a good idea to take a look. All information collected is owned by McDonalds and will be used to make further improvements to their services provided to the public.
The validation code should be good at any McDonald’s location of choice. The survey does not take long to complete and it is a great way to receive a small token of appreciation from the company.

My younger brother and myself was there on 0217 on our way out of state I ordered 1 Scrambled Egg and Added American Cheese and he ordered 3 Sausage Burritos
We didn’t eat there we took it to go cause we had a 10-12 hr drive ahead of us anyways on both of the meals there was hair in the meals was wondering if they wear hair nets or not we didn’t turn around we kept right on going just through the meals away cause it was gross. I feel I should either get reimbursed for $8.33 or 2 free complimentary meals because of someone else’s negilent this was in Spring Lake Park MN
