First Denmark Customer Survey

Magasin is Applied Survey’s first Denmark consumer satisfaction survey. The lucky winner will be entered to win 8.000kr, which is worth $1000. If you have frequented Magasin, take a few moments to let them know how they are doing in providing products and services to the Denmark area.

Entering the Online Survey

The online survey is available for customers to voice their opinions.  The survey is hosted by Emphatica which offers great surveying options to the public. They are well known for their professional standards of service.

When accessing the site, you will need your most recent receipt from your shopping experience. When shopping with Magasin for those needed holiday gifts, or everyday clothing items, you will receive a note of purchase.

When beginning the questionnaire process, you will enter the information in your native language. You will then enter the feedback code printed on your receipt. This is usually located toward the bottom in most cases. Survey questions will follow this entry.

Beforehand, it is best to read all the contest rules and guidelines. This will answer any commonly asked questions regarding the contest. Recent winners will also be listed on site for viewing by you and others.

  4. Me & my daugther was in Copenhagen for shopping for a day,
    and the MAC Store in MAGASIN was the most pleasent place to visit, 100% serviceminded & smiling staff :o)

    We also got a makeover, bought a lot of makeup products, and walked out fresh & happy 🙂

    For 5-6 år sluttede jeg med at handle i Magasin, jeg syntes
    den gang,at Magasin simpelt hen var for kedelig, trist og ens-
    formig fra gang til gang—selv om jeg havde en god konto.
    Jeg har ikke været i Magasin i alle de år, før i går, og hvor
    blev jeg dog glædelig overrasket – smart, lækker og fyldt med
    de dejligste og skønneste oplevelser. Nu kommer der bestemt
    ikke til at gå flere år, før jeg igen besøger Magasin i Odense.
    Rigtig mange hilsner og tak for gode timer i Odense.

  8. Jeg var i Magasin Odense sammen med min datter for at købe en frakke til hende. Lene Bergsted var fuld af tolmodighed hun hentede frakker i alle modeller som blev prøvet og det var så svært at vælge så det endte med at vi købte både en dyne frakke og en softshell. Vi gik glade trætte og glade hjem. Så stopr tak til Lene Bergsted.
