trying to take survey for 2013 toyota survey. can not find a way to log on. would rather take survey by mail

  3. The Toyota survey site was not operational on 1.8.14 @ 5pm. Seems counterproductive to your efforts to understand customer needs.

  4. The date on my letter says the web site for the survey is open till March 14, 2014.
    It is closed.
    What do you suggest?

  5. I was using Bing and I could not find the survey website.

  6. I received a letter from JD Power on 9/26/14 (the letter was not dated as “normal” letters are) asking me to complete a survey by 9/30/14 for the Toyota vehicle that I bought earlier this year. I entered the web site and a whole bunch of sites came up. Every time I entered the web site a whole bunch of “new” ones came up – some them were the same ones. All of them were dealers that I did not buy from; but, there were only two web sites that had surveys. “ASK” was one of them and the other was “Toyota”. I went to the “Toyota” and I tried to download the survey and it stalled over and over again. I went to the “ASK” site and it was all personal questions not about the car I bought; ASK did NOT ask for a my passcode and I did NOT submit the survey. I sent several emails to “JDPowerSurveys@jdpa.com” that were answered by “no names” from JD Power telling me to do the same thing as the letter told me. I went one of the sites that had comments and 99% of the comments were negative; I went to one comments that had the same web site as the one I was trying to access and it said enter the passcode. I entered my passcode and it said “INVALID” entry. It must have been the one who made the comments. If you cannot provide be with the correct website where I can enter my passcode, I will NOT take my survey. The date is 10/1/14 and my survey has expired on 9/30/14. I will pass the letter and all the emails that I received and these Comments in the waste can. Please address these comments. Thank you.

  7. I have waited long enough for the above comments to be read. I entered the comments on Oct 1, 2014 at 1pm. The comments were supposed to be “awaiting moderation till Oct 1, 2014 at 5pm”. It is now about 1am on Oct 3rd.

  8. Yesterday, 3 November, I received your letter inviting me to participate in your Toyota Dealership survey. Today, the web site (www.jdpower.com/survey/ToyotaDealerSat2014) is no longer available. What’s going on?
