Bon Ton Store Survey Option
Bon Ton offers the communities in the United States a variety of clothing options as well as home products. The company carries such brands as Calvin Klein, Nautica, and Fossil. A variety of chains included in the Bon Ton company profile include Boston Store, Younkers, Carson’s, as well as Herberger’s.
The survey option is available for this company at the link provided. When you first access the site, you will be provided with some general info regarding the survey option. After answering the questions, you will also be given the opportunity to leave comments. In this section, you can speak of specific employees you found helpful as well as other info.
To begin the survey option, click the next button. You will be asked the city and state you last visited as well as the store or location name. Then, you will be able to proceed through a series of questions regarding your experience. At the top of the page you will also see a progress bar to let you know how much progress you have made.
When you access the screen which asks for receipt info, you can skip this if you visited the store without making a purchase. Answer the other questions on the page and then click next. Each question that is necessary will have a small red asterisk at the beginning of the question. Answer each of these questions and you will have no problems moving forward from page to page. The survey site is very user friendly.

Yesterday I was at the Herbergers store in Alexandria, MN. I needed to purchase some minor make up and I asked the clerk a few questions about problem areas. This was the only time I had a good experience at the cosmetic counter. Sharon Batcher is GREAT. Usually the cosmetic ladies are snooty and a ” better than” attitude. I was very comfortable with her, she is the best, and thanks to her- I felt very comfortable, and will be back… hopefully to this clerk again.
I bought a pair of sandals yesterday at Boston Store in Bayshore Mall, and the salesperson, named Reza, was very helpful and pleasant.
Tom at the Roseville, Mn store was very, very helpful and professional today, October 3rd, 2015.
Was in Ottumwa Iowa Herberger’s Store in Quincy Place Mall. I had question about my Coupons and Tammy took time to explain them to me so I would have a good shopping experiences. Was very grateful. Tell al my friends to find her when they need good service.
Mary (from Pekin, IL Bergner’s store)has excellent customer service skills. She is ALWAYS very helpful when I see her. She always goes out of her way to find the answer if she doesn’t know it. I literally gave her a pat on the back for helping understand the deferred payment plan. She didn’t know the answer when I asked her but she thanked me for allowing her to learn something new. Excellent lady!!
I just want to say I was in the Younkers store #454 in Wausau, WI on April 23, I was just so surprised by the wonderful help we received from Kathleen. She was so helpful with every question we ask about the item we were going to purchase. She was very upbeat, seemed happy we were there (that’s a first in any store).
Just wanted to say thank you for such a nice time shopping in your store.
I wanted to buy an expensive purse and I went to Tesa to ask if it was on sale and she said that brand very seldom goes on sale. Tesa asked if I had any coupons and mine had just expired. Trish was also there and overheard our talking. I must of had that disappointing look on my face for Trish said she would give me hers. Needless to say, I did buy the purse for my daughter for Mother’s Day. Both these ladies were extremely helpful and Trish was very very generous to share her coupons. Your store is so fortunate to have these wonderful and helpful ladies as your employees. I can’t thank them enough and I know my daughter will be totally elated with her new purse. Thank you Herberger’s for being in Pocatello, Idaho.

I visited the Younker’s Jordan Creek Store in West Des Moines last night to exchange a watch that was given to me as a gift. The Sales Associate – Christina Oakley – did a wonderful job working with me. She took the time to help me find the right watch that fit my wrist size and lifestyle. She was so helpful and I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. She’s a great asset to your organization and displays an enthusiasm that I wish more store clerks would have.
