CiCi’s Pizza would like to hear your thoughts, whether positive or negative. The survey site is hosted by Service Management Group, a trusted name in online survey services.
To begin the survey, you will need your survey invitation. This may be located on your most recent receipt, or be received in the mail. Either way, enter the store number, date of survey invitation, and you will be set to begin the survey questions.
Upon completion of the survey, individuals will receive a validation code to use on their next visit. Each survey reward may be different; some may be for a free drink, or free buffet.

The cicis service in Harrisonburg va is very poor in the late evenings…..employees sitting on each other’s laps loving on each other letting their friends in for free right in front of us managers doing nothing but on the phone with their friends the pizza has sit so long it’s like eating cardboard….they lied to a calling customer which called at 8:30pm and told them they were closed when closing time is at 10pm they lock the doors at 9:30pm so they don’t have to deal with last minute customers….it is very pitiful…..satisfaction not guaranteed At Harrisonburg CiCi’s
