The Burger 21 Survey
The Burger 21 Survey is available online. The survey site is hosted by Mindshare Technologies which provides service to Burger 21. The survey company collects information for the restaurant and provides them with their analysis of the feedback provided.
To begin the survey option, visit the survey site and select the state in which you visited Burger21. Then, choose the appropriate location where you visited last. Click the arrow to proceed through the survey pages. The next page of the survey will ask for the date of your visit and the order number. Continue clicking the arrows to move forward within the survey.
The company would like your honest opinion so they can make adjustments in the services they provide. They value your opinion and if you don’t take the survey, they will not know how you feel about them.

My husband and I ate at Burger21 in Lakeland, Fl.. store # 0004 yesterday. We eat there almost every time we go to the mall.. loved it especially the sweet potato fries.. The last 2 visits our burgers and fries tasted like they dropped the salt shaker on them.. impossible to eat.. the first time we just thought it was a mistake and ate around the edges and left most of it.. but when it happened the same yesterday, and I could not eat it at all, I sent the burger back and by that time my husband was finished.. I had to wait a long time to find any one to speak with to send it back.. then they did not put every thing on it I asked for… We are assuming someone new is cooking.. and really sweet potato fries hardly need any salt or none at all.. Since it happened 2 times, we decided to write, because as of now we will not eat there again… Thank you,
