Taking the survey takes only a small amount of time and by doing so you will be providing valuable info to the company. The info will be used to create better customer service and products in the future.

The survey is available in English as well as French. When you access the site, you will need to choose when language you would like to use. The site is hosted by Market Force which works hand in hand with Petro Canada. The info you provide will be held privately and will not be shared with any other third party. If you are interested in any other info about the privacy policy of the site, you will see a link provided at the bottom right hand side of the main site.

When you are finished choosing the language of choice, then you will be taken to another web page. On this page, you will need to enter your date of visit, time of visit, and store code. There is a sample receipt to help you locate each item of info needed to get started on the survey.

Choose a time to take the survey when you have the least number of interruptions. The survey is timed, so you will want to complete it at the best time possible.

Also note on the second page of the survey, you will also have the option to review the contest rules and other info. The link is provided at the bottom right hand corner.

Those who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing. The prize at the time of this writing is to earn points and free gas. So, be sure to enter as soon as possible following your most recent purchase.
