Do you love a good Hero Burger? Did you not find the quality of the food your purchased acceptable recently? The Hero Burgers company is offering an online feedback option to rate your most recent visit.

The Hero Burger Survey

The online survey for Hero Burgers is located online and upon completion of the survey, you will be entered into a drawing for a $20 gift certificate. The drawing takes place on a month basis.

The survey will take less than a minute to complete and is powered by Guest Engine. To begin the survey process, you will need to click on the thumbs up, or thumbs down option on the home page.

Once you click on the thumbs up, or thumbs down, you will be presented with a few questions. They include rating the service you received, rating the food quality, rating the cleanliness of the restaurant location you visited, as well as the value and overall atmosphere you encountered. Other questions may also be presented, but will only take less than a minute on average to complete.
